Founded in 1969, NPW has experienced significant growth through strategic acquisitions and ongoing organic expansion, establishing itself as a trusted industry leader.ResponsibilitiesMaintain an organized warehouse environment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety.Receive, stock, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure shipment accuracy.Pick and pull orders by identifying both numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.Remove trash daily and transport it to the on-site dumpster.Follow instructions and complete assignments as directed by supervisors.Meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Work independently with minimal supervision when required.Contribute positively to a team-focused environment.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.No prior warehouse experience is required.Forklift certification is a plus but not required.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse technology.Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Reliable and self-motivated with a commitment to safety.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.Frequently bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders or steps.Use hands and arms to handle, move, and organize inventory.Regularly lift and carry 10 to 20 pounds.Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Health BenefitsEmployee Purchase Program401(k) Retirement PlanCareer Growth and Advancement OpportunitiesIf you're looking for a rewarding career with a stable, growing company that offers opportunities for advancement, NPW is the place for you!NPW is a drug-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.NPW proudly participates in E-Verify.
