Founded in 1969, NPW has experienced significant growth through strategic acquisitions and continued organic expansion, establishing itself as a trusted leader in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesNo prior warehouse experience required; we will train the right candidate.Receive, inspect, and stock products in designated warehouse locations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Operate handheld scanners and software systems to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy.Pick and pull orders accurately using numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.Empty trash and maintain general warehouse cleanliness on a daily basis.Follow directions and complete tasks assigned by the Manager.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Positive attitude and professional work ethic.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb steps or ladders, and use hands and arms throughout the workday.Ability to regularly lift and carry 10-20 pounds.Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to perform physical warehouse duties for the duration of the shift.BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Purchase ProgramComprehensive Health Benefits401(k) Retirement PlanCareer Growth and Advancement OpportunitiesIf you're seeking an exciting opportunity with a stable, growing company that values hard work and promotes from within, NPW is the place for you.NPW is a drug-free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
