Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations
- Ensure incoming materials are received accurately and meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a WMS or similar system
- Coordinate shipments to meet customer delivery schedules
- Monitor open orders and shipping priorities
- Perform inventory adjustments and maintain inventory accuracy
- Lead shipping and receiving activities, including inventory control and scheduling
- Resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies
- Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous Shipping & Receiving supervisory experience
- Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar inventory software required
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong inventory control and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
