Description
Shipping Receiving Specialist | 6:00AM – 2:30PM | Monday – Friday | $20.00/hr
A local box manufacturing company is looking for a Shipping Receiving Specialist. This operation is part of one of the largest box manufacturers in the U.S. and serves a customer base that spans North America.
Qualifications for Shipping Receiving Specialist
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good data entry speed and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous shipping or receiving experience would be a plus
Responsibilities for Shipping Receiving Specialist
- Post outbound and inbound inventory transactions
- Maintain lot number tracking system
- Contact freight carriers
- Communicate delivery schedules with customers
- Prepare bill-of-lading
- Provide drivers with paperwork and instructions
