The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will hold a permanent & full-time position and will work for the Ramsey, MN plant in collaboration with the other international teams (United-States, Canada, Spain & Mexico).

The Day-to-Day
- Handle the forklift and pallet jack to unload incoming orders;
- Receive incoming orders, and ensure accurate inspection of material;
- Measure pipe spools, frames and tanks per drawings/mechanical lists;
- Documentation collection of various forms and certificates;
- Sort goods to bins and carts per job numbers;
- Assure general shop housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the plant;
- Support other manufacturing and warehouse functions as required;
- Carry out the packaging of shipments, boxing, banding and crating.
The Skills We Are Looking for
- 2 to 3 years of experience in this position;
- Reach forklift experience;
- Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs;
- Ability to read prints and use a tape measure to check dimensions;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and general computer skills;
- Good memory and capable of multi-tasking;
- Be a good team player;
- Organizational skills and attention to details.
