Description: 1st Shift RC (Stand-Up Forklift Operator) Location: Romeoville, IL Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Total Staffing Solutions, powered by Total Talent Resources, in partnership with a well-known distribution company in Romeoville, IL, is seeking reliable and motivated Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join the team. Job Duties: Safely operate a stand-up forklift (reach truck/RC). Accurately load and unload containers Maintain productivity and accuracy while meeting daily operational goals. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with supervisors and team members to support warehouse operations. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Requirements: Prior warehouse experience required. Previous stand-up forklift/reach truck experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed. Willingness to work overtime when required. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
