Shipping & Receiving Manager Austin, TX (Onsite)We're seeking a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Manager for our client to support a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing operation in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, coordinating logistics, and ensuring materials move efficiently through the operation.
Initially, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outbound shipments, coordinating freight providers, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting production through accurate material handling. As the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead the shipping and receiving function.
What we're looking for:- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, electronics, or industrial experience preferred
- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, or warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
