Shipping & Receiving Lead$25+/hr1st shift 7am-3pm M-FNeenah, WI Key Responsibilities
Lead daily shipping and receiving operations with a positive, team-focused attitude.
Provide professional customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and quality.
Report damaged or incorrect shipments and complete required documentation.
Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips and bills of lading.
Coordinate shipments with carriers and monitor delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.
Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Lead the annual physical inventory process.
Ensure materials are stored properly and delivered to the correct departments.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Follow all company safety procedures and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred).
5+ years of manufacturing experience.
At least 2 years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
Forklift experience (certification preferred or ability to become certified).
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Bend, reach, twist, stoop, and climb ladders as needed.
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
Read labels, reports, and shipping documents accurately.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work Environment

Uneven or slippery walking surfaces may be present.
Regular exposure to forklift traffic and warehouse equipment.
