Shipping & Receiving Inventory Clerk

Location: Stacy, MN
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Inventory Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing production kits to support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position also serves as a backup for shipping and quality inspection functions, providing support across multiple areas of the operation as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and products for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately enter and maintain inventory records in the company’s inventory system.
• Organize, store, and track materials to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick, stage, and kit materials for production jobs.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Prepare shipments and related documentation when providing shipping support.
• Support quality inspection processes when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
