Job Title: Shipper

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Mandatory Saturdays at the end of each month
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Shipper to join our team. This temp-to-hire position is responsible for fulfilling shipping orders, accurately entering order information, preparing products for shipment, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of lifting materials regularly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Essential Job Duties:
Pull customer orders from the shipping department.
Enter order information accurately into the computer system.
Scan products and inventory items as required.
Create and apply shipping labels to outgoing shipments.
Operate a forklift when needed.
Load, move, and organize products within the warehouse.
Consistently lift and handle items, including heavier products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to accurately scan and track inventory.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have steel-toe boots.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous shipping, warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
Forklift experience and/or certification.
Experience with inventory management systems and shipping software.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Work is performed in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and varying temperatures.
Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment and wear required PPE.
