Job Store Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a growing advanced manufacturing company in South Colorado Springs.
Pay: $21-$30/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on shipping/receiving, inventory control, ERP transactions, and logistics coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse and shipping/receiving experience
- ERP system experience (QAD, SAP, MFG/PRO, or similar)
- Inventory control and cycle count experience
- Forklift experience/certification preferred
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods
- Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within the ERP system
- Organize, label, and store inventory while ensuring inventory accuracy
- Coordinate incoming inspections and resolve shipment discrepancies
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Create shipping documentation, including packing slips and bills of lading
- Coordinate freight shipments and track deliveries with approved carriers
- Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and material transfers
- Monitor shipping and packaging supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Accounting, and Customer Service teams to support on-time deliveries and production schedules
