At Duraco Specialty Tapes & Liners, shipping and receiving is about more than moving materials. It's about making sure every order is accurate, properly documented, and ready to reach the customer on time. We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who enjoys staying organized, coordinating details, and helping keep warehouse operations moving efficiently.

In this role, you''ll work closely with warehouse team members and drivers to ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time. You''ll prepare shipping documentation, create labels, maintain inventory records, and help keep information flowing between the warehouse and internal teams. Success comes from being organized, dependable, and committed to getting the details right.

What You'll Do

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records
• Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules, paperwork, and driver dock assignments
• Batch orders and create barcode and customer address labels to support efficient order fulfillment
• Prepare certificates of compliance and origin and complete proof-of-delivery requests
• Perform finished-goods cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Partner with Customer Service, Finance, warehouse personnel, and drivers to address shipping needs
• Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen productivity, quality, and on-time shipments

This role is ideal for someone with shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related experience who takes pride in accuracy, communicates well with others, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and computer skills are important, but most important is a commitment to reliable service, careful follow-through, and doing the job right.

Compensation range for this role is $20 - $23 per hour
