Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Shift: 1st, (7am-3pm)

Pay: $18-$21/hrs. (Based on Experience)

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including the accurate handling, storage, and shipment of finished goods and incoming materials. 

Job Description:
  • Pull, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment based on pick tickets.
  • Coordinate shipments by scheduling trucking services and entering required information into customer systems.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and complete all necessary documentation.
  • Load outbound trucks and unload inbound deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately store finished goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain and manage finished goods inventory to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as powered and manual pallet jacks.
  • Utilize IQMS and Microsoft Office applications to track inventory, shipments, and order details.
