Job Duties:

• Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
• Prepares and packages outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Loads and unloads materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and performs routine cycle counts.
• Organizes and stores materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Coordinates with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Ensures all shipping and receiving processes comply with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Communicates with internal teams regarding shipment status, delays, or discrepancies.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assists with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and inventory systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Military experience is considered an asset but not required.
