Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Logistics: Load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks; prepare BOLs and shipping labels. You’ll be responsible for keeping our inventory moving, our shipments accurate, and our customers happy through professional local deliveries.

 

Shipping/Receiving & Local Driver

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience 
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Huntington Beach, CA

The Role

You will balance warehouse duties with local driving. You’ll be responsible for keeping our inventory moving, our shipments accurate, and our customers happy through professional local deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse: Receive materials, verify packing slips, and stage/package outgoing orders.

• Logistics: Load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks; prepare BOLs and shipping labels.

• Driving: Complete local deliveries/pickups safely using a company vehicle.

• Safety: Maintain an organized warehouse and follow DOT/safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in Shipping/Receiving (preferred) and Forklift operation.

• Driving: Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record is required.

• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay active in a shop environment.

• Skills: Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and shipping software.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced machine shop/manufacturing setting.

• Full-time hours with overtime opportunities.
