What you will do:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, generate accurate logistics documentation (BOL, Delivery Notes, COAs), and process receipts in the ERP system.
- Obtain freight quotes from domestic carriers and export brokers, schedule pickups, and route freight.
- Communicate shipment status, trace deliveries, and share updates with internal teams including production, purchasing, and customer service.

- High school diploma required (Associate degree preferred) with prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative shipping/receiving roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), ERP systems (SAP or JDE), and warehouse management software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to balance multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
