Salary Range: $41,000 - $61,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Usual Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and report discrepancies.
• Record received goods in the inventory system and apply labels.
• Pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing lists.
• Keep the dock and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing on material shortages.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify counts against packing slips.

Recommended Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or shipping and receiving experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail for accurate counts and documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Bonus Qualifications

• Valid driver license for yard moves or local deliveries.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of DOT and carrier shipping requirements.
• Hazmat handling training.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
