Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, verifying incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are properly organized and available for production. The Shipping Supervisor will oversee shipping personnel, assign daily tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule. Additional responsibilities include reviewing packing lists, purchase orders, and production documentation, operating material handling equipment, utilizing MRP systems to track orders, and coordinating with production and purchasing departments to maintain efficient operations.
