Hiring: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

• Pay: $18.00 - $22.0 per hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You'll help ensure parts and inventory move throughout the dealership while supporting our technicians, customers, and our teams.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming parts shipments
• Verify shipment accuracy and report damaged or missing items
• Stock, label, and organize inventory for efficient retrieval
• Pick, package, and prepare parts orders for shipment and delivery
• Deliver parts to customers, vendors, and dealership departments
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, transfers, and credits
• Help with inventory counts and annual inventory processes
• Communicate inventory shortages and discrepancies promptly
• Safely operate company vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Partner with the Parts, Service, and Sales teams to support daily operations

What You'll Bring

• 6+ months of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or parts experience
• A team-first approach
• A commitment to providing excellent support to both customers and coworkers
• Ability to lift and move parts and inventory
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
