Shipping & Receiving Clerk-2nd shift

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.

• Report andmaintaindata in customer and internal system
• Adjust inventory asrequired
• Collaborate daily with production,ensuringtimelydelivery of product and production schedules
• Ensure all finished goods are in SAP
• Generate BOL's and packing lists
• Complete paperworktimelyand accurately
• Examine incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
• Report all discrepancies with inbound and/or outbound loads
• Resolve outbound and incoming delivery issues with key stakeholders
• Perform daily review of produced goods and customer open orders report
• Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of work area
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendancesystemand job reporting requirements
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Demonstrates commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers

Education & Experience

• None Required, High School Diploma or Equivalent Desired

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of logistics and inbound/outbound shipments
• Ability to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents
• Ability to navigate computer systems

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop for prolonged periods
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and computer screen for extended periods
• Mainly in an office environment: some time may be spent on production floor
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm
