Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our client's team immediately. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance within a fast-paced cosmetic manufacturing environment. Experience with shipping software and regulated environments (GMP/FDA) is highly preferred.
Monday- Friday 8: 30 am to 5 pm
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize shipping software (ShipStation preferred) to generate labels, track orders, and manage logistics
- Perform pick and pack order fulfillment, ensuring all orders are complete and correctly prepared for shipment
- Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and inspect for accuracy and quality
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels within the warehouse
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA compliance standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
