Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately read and interpret customer requirements on pick list notes to process outgoing orders, ensuring correct quantity, material, and destination
  • Perform cycle counts to verify order accuracy after picking
  • Package resale items according to pick list instructions
  • Prepare, verify, and include all required shipping documentation in compliance with customer and U.S. Customs requirements
  • Submit completed daily pick lists and required shipping paperwork to the Accounting Department for customer invoicing and indexing
  • Maintain accurate inventory of resale items, ensuring proper location and adherence to first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory procedures
  • Unload incoming materials; reconcile bills of lading, verify received materials and quantities against purchase orders, label all parts with accurate counts, and enter received materials into the ERP system
  • Inspect incoming materials, segregate damaged items as necessary and initiate non-conformance process with the Quality Department
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area through routine housekeeping activities
  • Safely and efficiently operate material-handling equipment to pick orders and load/unload trucks
  • Adhere to all safety, security and operational procedures

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) to two (2) years related experience
  • Proficiency working in a computer-supported environment with business software
  • Experience with third-party shipping portals: DHL/FedEx/UPS and LTL shipments
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PIT operation experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours and walk, lift, bend, reach, carry, push, pull and identify color variations
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
