Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: San Marcos, CA 92078

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift

Shift Options: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay: $18.38 per hour, with potential overtime

Job Description

We are hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates to support warehouse operations in San Marcos, CA. This role is responsible for helping receive incoming materials, prepare outgoing shipments, organize inventory, and keep warehouse processes moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials
• Prepare outgoing orders for shipment
• Package, label, and verify products accurately
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday on 2nd shift
• Must pass a drug test and background check
