Forklift / Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: Rogers, MN
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Rogers, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is comfortable handling oversized materials while supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move oversized products throughout the facility.
- Utilize fork extensions in tight warehouse environments while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Accurately process inventory transactions and material movements.
- Utilize ERP software for inventory and shipping functions (preferred).
- Support additional warehouse and material handling duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience handling oversized products.
- Experience using fork extensions in confined or tight warehouse spaces.
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- ERP software experience is a plus.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to assist with various warehouse tasks beyond forklift operation.
