SHIPPING & RECEIVING ASSOCIATE – BrooksvilleBrooksville Manufacturer seeking a dependable, detail-oriented
Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Distribution & Service Center team. This is a hands-on warehouse position ideal for candidates with measuring and metal handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
- Package and ship products per customer specifications
- Build skids and wood boxes for shipments
- Operate metal cutting machines, deburring machines, and nail guns
- Use measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Follow quality standards and procedures
- Operate forklift (or obtain certification)
- Support daily warehouse and inventory operations
Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED required
- Warehouse/inventory experience required
- Strong experience with measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, tape measures) – required
- Experience with metal cutting equipment (saw operation a plus)
- Forklift experience preferred
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and reach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (American English)
- Team player with strong work ethic
