MacLean-Fogg is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate - 3rd Shift at our Farmington Hills, Michigan facility. In this role, you will move materials and products through shipping and receiving, maintain inventory accuracy, and help keep warehouse operations safe and efficient.
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Pay: $19-$21/hour (depending on skills and experience)
Other Compensation: $1.25/hour shift premium for 3rd Shift
Employment Type: Full-time / Hourly
Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required.
Process and load orders to complete outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
Schedule, move, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and outbound warehouse products.
Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures.
Operate powered industrial equipment and warehouse machinery as needed.
Use systems such as JDE, RFS, and RF technology to manage inventory and ship products.
Deliver raw materials to work centers, help maintain inventory levels, and support inventory counts.
Ensure proper labeling and packaging, inspect products for damage, report discrepancies, and accurately complete required documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards and follow applicable Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
High school diploma.
0-2 years of experience; prior experience is not required.
Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Basic mathematical and clerical skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Powered industrial equipment certification.
This on-site role is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment and involves working around powered industrial equipment, warehouse machinery, trucks, and moving materials.
The role includes loading and unloading trucks, moving and stocking materials, packing products, and lifting or moving heavy objects. Employees are expected to follow applicable safety, environmental, quality, and 5S requirements.
