Shipping & Receiving AssociateWorldwide Foam | LaPorte, IndianaSchedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PMJob Type: Full-TimeWorldwide Foam is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Elkhart. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for making sure materials and products are received, stored, prepared, and shipped accurately and on time.In this role, you'll be an important part of keeping our operation moving. You'll receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips, prepare products for outgoing shipments, and make sure documentation is accurate. Shipping and receiving plays an important role in making sure the right product gets to the right place at the right time, so accuracy and communication are essential.Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and preferably 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or a similar role. Basic computer skills are needed for maintaining records and tracking shipments. You should also be comfortable communicating with coworkers, suppliers, and customers when needed.This is an active position. You must be able to remain on your feet for up to eight hours and regularly lift up to 30 pounds, with team lifting used for heavier items.If you're dependable, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in keeping things accurate and organized, we'd love to have you join the Worldwide Foam team.
