What You'll Do as a Shipping & Receiving Associate:- Receive incoming shipments and verify items against purchase orders
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks using proper material-handling equipment
- Label shipments and complete all required shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and update inventory systems
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and shipping areas
- Follow all safety procedures during shipping, receiving, and material handling activities
What You Need to Bring to the Shipping & Receiving Role:- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- High level of reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow processes and complete documentation accurately
- Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, or inventory processes preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle materials and small parts
