Shipping & Receiving Associate â Shipping Labels
Location: Ontario, CA
Pay: $18.00â$21.00/hr
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This position requires hands-on experience generating shipping labels and processing shipments using UPS and/or FedEx shipping software, along with receiving, inventory, and general warehouse experience.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Generate UPS and FedEx shipping labels and shipping documentation
Process parcel shipments using UPS/FedEx shipping software
Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate outbound shipments
Verify orders, quantities, addresses, and shipping information for accuracy
Palletize, wrap, label, and stage freight for shipment
Receive and unload incoming materials and products
Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
Verify received materials against purchase orders and packing slips
Enter receiving and inventory information into the ERP/WMS system
Put away materials in designated inventory locations
Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
Research and report shipping or receiving discrepancies
Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Operations as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Requirements
2+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience
Must have hands-on experience generating shipping labels
Experience using UPS and/or FedEx shipping software
Experience with receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
ERP, WMS, or inventory management system experience
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and palletizing
Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
Forklift experience/certification is a plus
