Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks

Monroe, North Carolina, USA

Onsite

1st Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Work Schedule Rule: 5/40

$24.61/hr Position Summary: Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks

• Support shop operations through component picking, inventory control, stockroom replenishment, and material movement activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, batch traceability, and compliance with inventory and safety processes.

Responsibilities: Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks

• Complete component picking based on priority requirements.
• Issue components to work orders while maintaining batch traceability.
• Restock components daily into Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs).
• Perform cycle counts according to inventory control procedures.
• Process material movement transactions in SAP for stockroom inventory.
• Process quality notifications for non-conforming components.
• Follow all EH&S regulations, policies, and required training.

Required Qualifications: Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Prior experience working with inventory in a controlled environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications: Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks

• Experience working with Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
