Shipping/Receiving ClerkNetwork Products is seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Clerk to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments. This position requires working knowledge of FedEx and UPS small-package shipping systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to receive, verify, document, stage, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Receive, unload, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments.
- Compare received products with purchase orders and report shortages, overages, or damaged items.
- Stage, label, and route received products to the correct warehouse locations.
- Prepare, verify, label, and document outgoing shipments.
- Use FedEx and UPS small-package shipping systems to process orders.
- Confirm item quantities, shipping information, and documentation for accuracy.
- Process and document returns and assist with reshelving items.
- Enter incoming and outgoing items into the warehouse management system.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other authorized warehouse equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, secure, and safe shipping and receiving areas.
- Participate in audits and inventory counts.
- Lift up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
- Working knowledge of FedEx and UPS small-package shipping systems.
- Certified Forklift Operator experience is required.
- Experience using a handheld scanner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
