Shipping & Printing Specialist (The UPS Store)

Our locally owned The UPS Store is looking for a dependable and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is an opportunity to build valuable professional skills while helping individuals, families, and local businesses with essential services every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers with shipping, packing, and delivery solutions
• Help customers with printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and document services
• Process Amazon returns and other customer transactions
• Operate computer systems, POS equipment, and shipping software
• Assist with mailbox services, notary services, and small business solutions
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs
• Prepare packages accurately and safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Build positive relationships with repeat customers and local businesses

Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience at The UPS Store or other shipping, packing, or printing retailers, as well as those who are currently commissioned as a New Jersey Notary Public. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, office administration, shipping, or sales is highly desirable. However, we are happy to train motivated, dependable individuals who have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
