    The Shipping Associate plays a key role in *** s Custom Fulfillment Services (CFS) operation ensuring all customer orders are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped on time. This position supports high-volume device shipments, custom-configured systems, and kitted orders across multiple customers, including enterprise, education, and government clients.

    Key Responsibilities
    Prepare, package, and ship customer orders following *** CFS standards and customer-specific requirements.
    Verify serial numbers, part numbers, and quantities prior to shipment.
    Accurately scan shipments into SSC, SAP, or other *** shipping systems.
    Coordinate with provisioning, etching, and returns teams to ensure on-time delivery of completed orders.
    Generate and attach shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or freight) and maintain tracking documentation.
    Support inbound/outbound freight audits and assist with resolving shipping discrepancies.
    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and *** safety guidelines.
    Assist with cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory accuracy as needed.
    Communicate any delays, damages, or exceptions to leadership immediately.
    Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping accuracy and efficiency.

    Qualifications
    High school diploma or equivalent required;associate degree preferred.
    1 3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics (technology or manufacturing environment preferred).
    Experience using shipping platforms (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, etc.).
    Familiarity with SAP, SSC, or other ERP systems a plus.
    Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. And stand for extended periods.
    Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
