Shipping & Operations Assistant

We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Shipping & Operations Assistant to support a busy production facility in Santa Fe Springs. This role focuses on keeping shipments, inventory, and daily operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office and production support tasks

• Maintain supply levels and update inventory records

• Track work orders and help keep projects on schedule

• Support production scheduling and workflow coordination

• Prepare shipping documents and manage inbound/outbound shipments

• Communicate with internal teams and vendors in English and Spanish

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, operations, or administrative support

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Basic computer and data entry proficiency

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual English/Spanish

7am -3:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay rate-$25.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
