About Us
Pure Choice Apparel is a fast-growing apparel production and fulfillment company specializing in influencer merchandise, branded apparel, and e-commerce fulfillment. We print, pack, and ship apparel, hats, tumblers, and promotional products for influencers and online brands across the country.
We are looking for a hands-on Shipping Manager to lead our warehouse shipping operations, improve organization and accuracy, and help our team scale efficiently.
Position Summary
The Shipping Manager will oversee daily shipping, fulfillment, and warehouse operations for our screen print and fulfillment facility. This role is responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and shipping efficiency.
This is an active leadership role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and can lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping and fulfillment operations
- Oversee pick, pack, and ship processes for e-commerce and wholesale orders
- Ensure all shipments go out accurately and on schedule
- Coordinate shipping priorities with production and customer service teams
- Manage carrier pickups including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight shipments
- Train and supervise warehouse and shipping staff
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse layout
- Monitor shipping supplies and reorder materials as needed
- Improve warehouse efficiency and fulfillment workflows
- Handle receiving and inbound inventory organization
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve order discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse
Qualifications
- 2+ years of shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment management experience preferred
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or apparel production strongly preferred
- Experience using shipping software such as ShipStation preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting boxes throughout the day
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with Shopify, Printavo, or inventory systems is a plus
