We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shipping Lead to join our team in Chino. This position will support daily shipping and e-commerce fulfillment operations while providing excellent customer service and assisting with order coordination.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate customer orders and shipments.
- Handle e-commerce fulfillment and shipping-related tasks.
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and related paperwork.
- Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers.
- Track shipments and provide customers with status updates.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and shipping concerns.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Resolve shipping issues, discrepancies, and delivery delays.
- Enter and maintain accurate order and shipment information.
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Assist with inventory and shipping records as needed.
- Perform general administrative and customer service duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with e-commerce fulfillment and shipping is required.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, order processing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and data entry.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, carriers, and internal departments.
Pay: $22–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
