Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support warehouse and production operations for our client in Joplin. This role ensures accurate, timely preparation and shipment of outgoing orders.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments
  
• 
  Verify orders against packing slips
  
• 
  Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
  
• 
  Inspect products for damage before shipping
  
• 
  Maintain accurate shipping records
  
• 
  Keep work area clean and organized
  

Requirements

• 
  Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
  
• 
  Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organization
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and on a team
  

Physical Requirements
