Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour DOE

Are you detail-oriented, creative, and interested in fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands?

Visions Staffing Solutions is hiring a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate for a high-end jewelry company in Downtown Los Angeles. This is not a traditional warehouse shipping job. You’ll work at an office-style workstation in a modern, air-conditioned, fashion-forward environment.

Every package represents a luxury brand, so accuracy, presentation, and careful handling are essential. The right candidate will work efficiently while ensuring that every order is beautifully packaged and ready to impress the customer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Scan jewelry and verify each item against the order

• Carefully handle delicate, high-value merchandise

• Prepare retail and wholesale orders for shipment

• Assemble jewelry boxes and luxury presentation packaging

• Gift-wrap purchases and professionally tie ribbons and bows

• Apply product tags, labels, and shipping labels accurately

• Package ring sizers, promotional materials, and marketing shipments

• Inspect completed orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation

• Process orders quickly without sacrificing attention to detail

• Maintain a clean, organized shipping and packaging station

• Lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds when needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A genuine appreciation for fashion, jewelry, beauty, or luxury products

• A careful touch when handling delicate and expensive merchandise

• Dependable, professional, and able to follow detailed instructions

• Comfortable working independently and with a collaborative team

• Previous experience in shipping, order fulfillment, gift wrapping, luxury retail, jewelry, cosmetics, designer fashion, or e-commerce is highly preferred
