 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
 Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in the Houston 77041 area. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, SAP, and carrier software such as FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage, and process outbound orders using SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory transactions.
• Process parcel shipments through FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.
• Generate shipping labels, tracking information, and carrier documentation.
• Verify export documents for international shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Safely package and prepare materials for shipment.
• Ensure accurate tracking of serial numbers and shipping records.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics environments.
• Strong SAP experience, preferably in Shipping, Logistics Execution, or Inventory Management.
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.
• Knowledge of international shipping and export documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
