Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Overtime as required
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Overview:
Advanced PMC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for receiving materials, preparing shipments, coordinating outside processing, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, package, and label parts for customer shipments
Coordinate and prepare shipments for outside processing vendors
Create purchase orders and packing slips
Load and unload trucks safely
Receive incoming materials and verify against packing slips and purchase orders
Inspect, identify, and document incoming materials
Move materials to proper storage locations
Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and management teams
Assist with inventory counts and inventory control
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and business systems)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become certified
Dependable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing
Forklift certification
Experience with ERP systems, inventory software, or shipping platforms

Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs
Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment
Work performed in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
