We are seeking a motivated Shipping Coordinator to oversee shipping operations, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and deliver exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated Shipping Coordinator to oversee shipping operations, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and deliver exceptional customer service. Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry. 

• $22/hr to $28/hr (depending on experience)
• Full Time
• Day Shift
• Benefits, PTO, 401K

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• 2+ years Experience in Shipping, Dispatch, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Coordinator.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Experience with Dispatch, Fleet Coordinator, Route Planner 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage shipping documentation
• Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries
• Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages)
• Communicate order and delivery status to internal teams and customers
• Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production
