Mon-Fri: 1st shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely shipments, maintain communication with carriers and internal teams, and help drive customer satisfaction through efficient logistics coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
- Ensure orders are properly staged and ready for shipment.
- Verify shipment accuracy against customer requirements and routing guides.
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective communication with customer service, warehouse operations, and transportation providers.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates as needed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

- Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience required.
- 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
