Shipping Coordinator

Looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule and a role where your organization and attention to detail really matter?
 
We’re hiring a Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping and receiving operations in a busy manufacturing environment. You’ll coordinate carrier appointments, work with drivers and the warehouse team, prepare shipping paperwork, and help keep orders moving accurately and on time.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Schedule carrier pickup and delivery appointments
• Check in drivers and collect required documentation
• Enter shipping and receiving information accurately
• Assign drivers to dock doors
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are staged and ready
• Monitor orders for potential shortages or issues
• Prepare and verify Bills of Lading and other shipping documents
• Track trailer, seal, pickup, and shipment information
• Handle package shipments through major carriers
• Maintain organized shipping files and records
• Assist with loading when needed
• Help with inventory counts
• Monitor and communicate late pickups or deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shipping office
• Follow all safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace procedures

 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

 
THE SCHEDULE:

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with evenings available.
