Shipping Coordinator Fourth Shift

Alexandria Moulding, an SPB Brand s is currently looking for an 4th Shift Shipping Coordinator to join our VALUES based organization. The Shipping Coordinator oversees the accurate, efficient, and secure loading of products for on time departure. The Shipping Coordinator ensures that all tasks are completed in compliance with company standards and policies while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. 

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:   

• Effective Communication - Maintain regular communication with the Shipping and Inside Sales Departments as well as outside teams, providing updates on work progress, challenges, and any potential delays.
• Facility Organization & Cleanliness - Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe workspace in the Shipping Department.
• Positive Work Environment - Set a positive example for the team by maintaining a professional, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Foster an environment of respect, collaboration, and motivation, leading by example in all interactions.
• Timely & Accurate Truck Loading - Oversee and participate in the loading of trucks, ensuring that all shipments are loaded on time and in full compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure products are properly secured and protected during transport to prevent damage.
• Verify the accuracy of each load and process BOLs for driver departure.
• Back in trailers to loading bay using a yard truck.
• Product Staging & Loading Accuracy - Train General Crew Personnel to accurately stage, scan, and load products onto trailers, ensuring all shipments are correctly processed and documented.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft excel and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, safety regulations, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with others.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Pay starting at $18.50 - $20.00 /hr based on experience. 

• 6:00am - 6:00pm - Saturday & Sunday
• 6:00am - 3:00pm - Monday & Tuesday
