Shipping Coordinator – Day Shift
Sedalia, MO | Monday– Friday | 7: 00 AM– 3: 30 PM
IMKO is hiring a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator for a local manufacturing company in Sedalia! This position helps keep daily shipping and receiving operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
What You’ ll Do:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and required paperwork
- Track orders, inventory, and shipment information
- Schedule carrier pickups and deliveries
- Assist with picking, packing, loading, and unloading as needed
- Use warehouse/ERP systems to maintain accurate records
- Help resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies
- Follow company safety, quality, and shipping procedures
What We’ re Looking For: Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, have strong attention to detail, and be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Forklift/RF scanner experience and familiarity with AS400 or similar systems are a plus.
