Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 am-6:30 pm or 9:00 am-7:30 pm | Monday - Friday

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in domestic and international shipping
• Current Forklift certification
• Familiarity with MPCS is a plus
• Experience working in a Quality System certified to ISO9001, AS9100, or Nadcap is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Shipping Coordinator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping Coordinator you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to improve performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
