Description

We are looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator to support a fast paced manufacturing environment. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining and updating shipping schedules and will work closely with leads and supervisors. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete BOL's in BAAN and check drivers in/out
  • Ensure shipments all receive the proper labeling and postal charges and arrive safely
  • Update management regarding delays and maintain accurate production reports
  • Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Prepare invoices to accompany shipments

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of related shipping experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Membership in Teamsters Local 986
