About the Role:Sefi is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Amityville, NY! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring products move efficiently and accurately from our facility to their destinations. Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments (in factory) to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs forms
- Communicate with office to arrange pickups and resolve shipping issues
- Verify outgoing orders for accuracy, quantity, and proper packaging
- Maintain shipping records and update inventory management systems
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Familiarity with shipping software, carrier portals, and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of domestic and/or international shipping regulations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
