Job Description

Indotronix is looking to hire a Shipping Clerk in Sparks, MD for a contract role.

Pay rate is $20/hour

M-Fri 8:30 AM - 5.00 PM - Possible Overtime

3 must haves - Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented clerk who can professionally greet and assist truck drivers upon arrival. Responsibilities include coordinating trailer movements, processing Bills of Lading (BOLs), and maintaining accurate shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be proficient in processing PGI transactions in SAP, and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work overtime as needed to support business operations.

Knoweldge & Skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems (ERP).
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.
