Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview People Source OKC is hiring a Shipping Clerk to assist with daily warehouse shipping operations. Clean, grip, pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Shipping Clerk to assist with daily warehouse shipping operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable performing physical warehouse duties.Job Responsibilities

• Ship all outbound products using freight trucks or UPS
• Clean, grip, pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Record weights and dimensions of outgoing shipments
• Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe
• Maintain a professional working relationship with freight drivers
• Load trucks using a forklift for daily shipments
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Participate in annual warehouse inventory
• Notify the Operations Manager when equipment needs repair or replacement
• Cross-train in other areas of the warehouse as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and listening skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Dependable and takes initiative
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to cross-train in other warehouse areas

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to consistently lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday
